Can't I just get what I pay for??????I have given up on this chicken shop. Regular customer, myself and 2 or 3 work colleagues eat from here 2 or 3 times per week. We call to place our order which we will collect as we work round the corner. Call at 1 or 2pm to order. My colleagues get beef burgers, which is fine as they cook them to order. I always get chicken fillet burger which they make in a batch when they open at 12pm, which is understandable, though when I call I always ask if they can make my chicken fillet fresh as I do not want a fillet which has been sitting in the hot hold with the other chicken for God knows how long. They always say, yes yes we will make a fresh one, then I collect it and the chicken is dry and lukewarm. I call back to say I'm not happy and they say sorry and to come back and they will make another. Why do I need to complain to get a fresh product? Why do they think this is acceptable? Is it too much to ask to get fresh chicken from a chicken shop? Clearly.
At first it the order always came correct then they decided to drown the kebab in chilly sauce after being told so many times not to do it then items where missing from the order it take really nice and it's my go to but it disappointing that there always something wrong this last time ordering for delivery they came after 1 hour and half way trough the meal I find some see through plastic casually on my food that says a lot about the hygiene they need to reconsider a lot it's a shame because it takes nice but it always the time thinking is the order going to arrive on time and right.
I got my spicy bean burger today and it was soooooooooo tasty.It was like I was eating McDonalds and it was so fresh like just cooked.I want everyone to try the Capri pizza on Merton road.Its the best.
SO IT GOT DELIVERED BUT I WAS MISSING 4 OF THE ITEMS I HAD ORDERED. THEY SENT ME CHICKEN LEGS WHEN I NEVER ASKED FOR THEM. I TRIED PHONING NO ANSWER.FIRST TIME I CALLED THEY PICKED UP AND PUT DOWN PHONE. I DROVE TO THE SHOP, AS IT SAID THEY CLOSE AT 11:30, I ARRIVED AT 11.15PM. IT WAS CLOSED. JUST EAT ONLY OFFERED A 8 VOUCHER... DONT ORDER FRO HERE!! FOOD WAS ALSO LUKE WARM. BY THE TIME I GOT BACK FROM VISITING THE CLOSES STORE. MY FOOD WAS COLD AND HAD TO BE THROWN AWAY.
